Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Program
Serves families of children zero through age 20, touched by childhood cancer or similarly treated blood disorders.

Children’s Hearing Aid Texas (CHAT)
Serves families of children zero through age 20 with audio logical needs and have no financial alternatives to meet these needs.

Comprehensive Advocacy and Resources for Empowerment (CARE)
Serves families of children zero through age 20 who have physical, developmental, emotional or behavioral special health care needs.

Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)
Serves families with children birth to 36 months with a developmental delay, medically diagnosed condition or auditory or visual impairment.

Healthy and Fair Start (HFS)
Serves low-income families with children younger than four years old whose well-being is at risk.

No Estás Solo Mental Health Counseling Program
Serves children and families enrolled in other Any Baby Can home visiting programs.

Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP)
Serves low-income, first-time mothers and their children.

Postpartum Services
Serves new mothers and their partners and the professional community and health providers whose clientele includes new parents.

Tandem Pregnant & Parenting Teen Collaboration
Serves teen mothers who receive prenatal care at People’s Community Clinic.

Clients come to Any Baby Can from a variety of formal and informal referral sources, including other social service agencies, Neonatal Intensive Care Units, pediatricians, hospitals, WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Clinics, school nurses, teachers, family members and friends. Parenting Classes and Support Groups

Any Baby Can offers prenatal and parenting education classes, postpartum support groups, bereavement support groups and family literacy services.
