Any Baby Can Texas is a support center for families of children with chronic illness or disabilities.  Affiliate offices are located in San Antonio, Austin and Kerrville. Any Baby Can Texas supports families of children with special needs through preventive education, early intervention and advocacy, giving families of children at risk a better chance in life. Any Baby Can through legislative advocacy, policy analysis, research, outreach and enrollment, serves as a voice for children.
