Strategic Goals and Objectives Goal.
1. To raise awareness and help assure adequate health care services and support to families of children with special health care needs.
– Collaborate with community partners to continue raising awareness and helping assure adequate health care services for children with special health care needs. This will be done through attendance at coalition and task force meetings. As a result, will unite with others to take joint policy positions on issues which affect children with disabilities and their families.
– Generate accurate and timely information on issues which affect children with disabilities and their families through action alerts via email and press releases.

2. To communicate to the general public and policy makers regarding the mission and goals of Any Baby Can, Inc.
– To communicate and support Any Baby Can affiliate site Directors in regional outreach efforts
– To keep Any Baby Can, Inc. board of directors informed and responsive to emerging or changing issues that may impact the health and well being of children served.
– Generate accurate and timely information on issues which affect children with disabilities and their families through action alerts via email.

3. Work with policy makers to meet the needs of children with serious illness, disabilities and / or special needs.
– Monitor the activities of the Texas government and educate policymakers regarding issues impacting the population of children at risk and barriers affecting their health and well being.
– During the legislative session co-sponsor CHIIP’s Advocacy Day at the capitol with other non profit organizations.
