Mission.
Any Baby Can Inc. supports families of children with special needs through preventive education, early intervention and advocacy, giving families of children at risk a better chance in life.

Any Baby Can Texas exists to provide leadership, support and quality assurance for a collaborative system of Any Baby Can affiliates. It provides support, crisis assistance and a voice for families with special health care needs.
The Corporation achieves this by:
1. Facilitating communication among members.
2. Supporting growth and development by sharing best practices.
3. Serving as advocates and as a voice for children.
4. Promoting collaboration among the Any Baby Can programs of Texas for resource generation.
